Steven Gerrard backs Luis Suarez to shine for Liverpool

Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard has backed new signing Luis Suarez to make a huge impact at Anfield once he gets up to speed with the English game.[LNB]Suarez joined Liverpool from Ajax for ?23 million and hit the ground running with a goal on his debut against Stoke. [LNB]But the Uruguayan has failed to score since although he did set up Glen Johnson for Liverpool's consolation against West Ham at the weekend.[LNB] Debut delight: Suarez scored on his only Liverpool goal to date against Stoke[LNB]Gerrard said: 'Already we can see what a good player Luis is. He's got good pace and awareness and he's settled in very quickly.
