Sterling out, Pedro in? Latest Liverpool transfer rumours

Liverpool Football Club seem to have found a solution to the Raheem Sterling problem as they have reportedly agreed on a deal to sign Barcelona’s Pedro for an undisclosed fee. This comes after Sterling is said to have refused to join pre-season preparations as a part of his continual lobbying for a move away from Anfield.

It is still unknown where Sterling will move to should he actually leave Liverpool but they would certainly have a capable replacement if Pedro - who is struggling for playing time at Barcelona - were to sign. Also thought to be Liverpool-bound is Alexandre Lacazette who like Sterling is trying to force his way out of Lyon whilst his club is holding out for more than the £28million Liverpool had proposed.

The French forward would no doubt improve Liverpool’s attacking force with his creating and goal scoring abilities. Arsenal are apparently also interested though no formal contact has been made as yet.
