Saric to end Anfield 'hell'

ikola Saric is set to sign for Hajduk Split following his release by Liverpool.[LNB] The Bosnia-born striker, who was raised in Denmark, joined Liverpool aged 17 in the summer of 2008.[LNB]Barcelona and Tottenham had also made a move for the Denmark youth international before he opted to sign a three-year deal at Anfield.[LNB]And although he played in the reserves, the Reds did not hand him a single first-team appearance before his contract expired at the end of the season.[LNB]Liverpool chose not to offer him a new deal and he is now set to continue his career in Croatia.[LNB]Three-year deal[LNB]"Everything is going according to plan and there are no more obstacles for Nikola to move to Hajduk," said his father, Predrag Saric.[LNB]"In the next few days he will sign for the next three years.[LNB]"He is ready to move on after three years of pure hell at Anfield."
