Rumour Mill: Reds linked with Villa winger
Liverpool are being linked with a move for Stewart Downing. The Villa winger reportedly heads Kenny Dalgish's wish list as he meets with the club's new owners to discuss transfer funds for January. "They are decent people so you would think we will have a conversation," the Liverpool boss said after Sunday's draw with Everton. "What it will include, I don't know, but I've not spoken to them about money yet."
