Restraining order lifted
The temporary restraining order imposed by Tom Hicks in Dallas has been lifted, according to reports. Apparently the deal between Tom Hicks and Mill Financial has been done, but the necessary legal issues are still outstanding. It is not yet known whether RBS will then accept Mill Financial's offer to repay the loan, or whether they remain committed to the NESV deal.
