Reds confirm Lee's return

Liverpool have confirmed the return of Sammy Lee to Anfield as Rafael Benitez's new assistant manager.
The former Reds midfielder won three league titles, two European Cups and three League Cups as part of the all-conquering Liverpool sides of the late 1970s and early 80s.
Lee has been part of the backroom staff under former managers Graeme Souness, Roy Evans and Gerard Houllier, but left to take up a role with England when Benitez arrived at the club in 2004.
The 49-year-old was most recently employed as manager at Bolton Wanderers after succeeding Sam Allardyce towards the end of last season.
However, he lasted just 14 games at the helm of the Trotters before being sacked back in November.
Benitez has moved to bolster his depleted backroom staff after losing first-team coach Alex Miller to Japanese outfit JEF United last week.
The Spaniard also lost two Pako Ayesteran back in October after a reported fall-out with his long-time number two.
