Reds close to Keane signing

Liverpool are on the verge of completing the signing of Tottenham Hotspur captain Robbie Keane for a fee reported to be in the region of £18million.
The 28-year-old Irishman has been at White Hart Lane since the summer of 2002, scoring 107 goals in 254 appearances for the north London club.
However, Keane has made it known that he wants a fresh challenge and he is reported to have already undergone a medical at Anfield.
Keane joined Spurs from Leeds United, having previously played for Coventry City and Wolves, as well as reigning Italian champions Internazionale.
He is also the all-time leading goalscorer for the Republic of Ireland, having netted 33 times in just over 80 international outings.
Spurs assistant manager Gus Poyet had admitted earlier this month that it would be a major blow to his club if Kenae did opt to head north.
He said: "I was shocked when I heard Robbie being linked with Liverpool, he's a very important player for us.
"We can't afford to let Robbie go. We have lost Jermain Defoe, but hopefully Dimitar Berbatov will stay. If we lost Robbie it would be too much."
