Reds to face Northampton
Liverpool will host Northampton in the third round of the Carling Cup.
The Cobblers are the only remaining npower League Two side in the draw after they beat Reading on penalties at the Madjeski Stadium in round two.
The tie will be played in the week commencing September 20.
