Liverpool target Charlie Adam has admitted he wants to be playing in the Premiership next season. The Reds had a reported £8m bid for Adam turned down in January and are expected to try to sign the midfielder this Summer. Adam has admitted he wants to leave Blackpool following their relegation as he is keen to keep playing Premiership football. "My future is that I want to play in the Premier League," said the Scotland international. "I want to play at the top and hopefully the opportunity comes. "At the end of the day, my future will get sorted one way or another. It's not me who makes that decision. "The club will make the decisions about what it wants to do. It isn't down to Charlie Adam. I have got a year left on my contract so we will see what happens. "The club have been fantastic with me and since I went there I've thoroughly enjoyed it. "It's important that, whatever happens, I will always remember my time at Blackpool."
