Reds step up interest in Enrique
According to the Sunday Mirror, Liverpool have renewed their interest in Newcastle defender Jose Enrique. According to the paper, Kenny Dalglish is unhappy with defensive problems in Liverpool's pre-season games and is preparing to make a late bid for the 25-year-old Spaniard after already having had a £6m offer turned down.
