Reds show a bit of class at last

Roy Hodgson appeases his critics, albeit temporarily, with a resounding 3-0 victory over West Ham, three points and another leap up the Premier League table. Now ninth and three points behind a Champions League place, talk of Liverpool's crisis seasons is starting to seem like a distant memory.Fortunately for Hodgson, we faced the Hammers at the perfect time. Avram Grant's side are in freefall and easy pickings for a Liverpool side looking to regain confidence and pride. After beating Chelsea it looked like we had started to turn the proverbial corner, but the subsequent draw at Wigan and defeat at Stoke reminded us just how large a corner it actually is.A win without an injured Steven Gerrard in the side goes some way to prove we aren't a one-man team, but its our away form that needs serious improvement. The trip to White Hart Lane next Sunday will prove a bigger test of our credentials. Victory there would help ease they pressure on Hodgson and help us forget the awful start to the season.
