Rafa Benitez 300[LNB]RAFA BENITEZ has reiterated his intention to remain as Liverpool's manager - as he slapped down suggestions Fernando Torres is seeking a move from Anfield.[LNB]The Reds boss is currently in his hometown of Madrid, where he will today receive an honorary degree from the city's university.[LNB]As ever, though, thoughts on his position as boss at Anfield are all anybody wants to know about, particularly as he continues to be linked with Milan's clubs, Inter and AC.[LNB]Champions League finalists Inter, for their part, were quick to rubbish one such story, even though it is anticipated they will need a new manager soon to replace the Real Madrid-bound Jose Mourinho.[LNB]But Benitez, who was also a target for Juventus, has held two meetings with Liverpool's new chairman Martin Broughton over how the club is going to progress and sought assurances on his own position.[LNB]Further discussions are scheduled to take place but Benitez - who appeared set at one point earlier this month to be on his way - is keen to battle on to silence his doubters.[LNB]'My future is Liverpool,' he says. 'I have four more years left on my contract and I want to complete them. I have received no offers. I hope to make the team competitive again.
