Rabotnicki charged over racist chants

UEFA have charged Macedonian side FK Rabotnicki over allegations of racist chanting in last week's Europa League qualifier against Liverpool.[LNB] Pictures emerged after the game that showed Rabotnicki fans appearing to direct 'monkey' taunts at Liverpool players.[LNB]Liverpool started the game with two black players in David Ngog, who scored twice in the Reds' 2-0 win in Skopje last Thursday, and impressive 19-year-old winger David Amoo.[LNB]UEFA have charged Rabotnicki with the improper conduct of supporters.[LNB]A statement from European football's governing body read: "The UEFA Control and Disciplinary Body has opened a disciplinary case against FK Rabotnicki for the improper conduct of supporters during their UEFA Europa League third qualifying round first-leg match against Liverpool FC on July 29 in Skopje, FYR Macedonia. The case will be dealt with by the UEFA Control and Disciplinary Body on Thursday, August 19."
