PSG handed Gervinho snub

ille director of football Frederic Paquet has insisted that in-demand frontman Gervinho will not be sold to a French rival.[LNB] Gervinho's future has been the subject of conjecture of late, amidst reported interest from several Premier League sides.[LNB]Tottenham, Arsenal and Liverpool are amongst the sides linked with a move for the Ivory Coast international, whilst Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-Germain have been mentioned.[LNB]Paquet, though, has no intention of selling the forward to a divisional rival, while he stated no official offer has been made for the player as yet.[LNB]He told La Voix Du Nord: "PSG recently enquired about Gervinho, but they were told we do not wish to sell him to a French club.[LNB]"Gervinho's future is uncertain. He could join an English side, or he could stay with us.[LNB]"He has to decide exactly what he wants. We are not opposed to the idea of a transfer, but the agreement has to suit us.[LNB]"We have yet to receive an offer or proposal."
