Obviously the quicker we adapt andimprove as a team the better it will be for everyone.[LNB]New man: Roy Hodgson needs time to impart his ideas[LNB]'That doesn't just happen overnight. Each of us has to adjust toworking in a new way. [LNB]'With the passing of each day I get used to it andwhat the manager wants. It's the same for all of us. [LNB]'We need to bepatient.'[LNB]Reina was also quick to point out that Liverpool's six Premier League games so far have included visits to and Manchester United, Manchester City and resilient Birmingham, as well as a home ties against Arsenal. [LNB]'Six points from our first six games is not what we wanted,' he told LFC Weekly. [LNB]'People who criticise us about it should look at the fixtures we've had. Arsenal at home and then going to play Manchester City, Manchester United and Birmingham away was never going to be easy.[LNB]'Not many teams will go to the City of Manchester Stadium, Old Trafford or St Andrew's and win. Those three teams have very good records at home.'[LNB]Reina's defensive colleague Martin Skrtel shares the keeper'sconfidence that Liverpool can turn their form around, provided Hodgsonis given time to impart his ideas and new players are allowed to settleinto the team. [LNB] Grounded: But Martin Skrtel believes Liverpool will be flying once Hodgson has settled in[LNB]'Our aim is the top four and that won't be easy. But if we continue to improve, we can get back into the Champions League,' said the centre-back.[LNB]'We all need time - the manager and the new players - to work together and improve.'[LNB]'People think that when a new manager comes in everything should be perfect but we need time.[LNB]'I love this club, the city and the fans - now I just want to repay them by winning trophies.' Liverpool wanted me as their manager, reveals Marseille boss DeschampsGerrard and Torres will want to quit Liverpool in January, fears McManamanAttwell axed from Premier League for weekend after Anfield horror showLIVERPOOL FC
