Pepe Reina has told Liverpool boss Roy Hodgson to forget about resting him. [LNB]Hodgson is considering leaving Steven Gerrard and Fernando Torres out of the side to face Steaua Bucharest in the Europa League but keeper Reina is determined to play. [LNB]The Reds travel to face fierce rivals Manchester United on Sunday and Hodgson could be forgiven for having one eye on the crunch clash when he picks his side to face the Romanians. This is important for everyone here. [LNB]'We need to be in there, playing in the group stages. The Europa League is getting better all the time and the teams lining up in it are really strong. [LNB]'As a Liverpool player, you know that you have got to play twice a week. Nothing else will do. When you have midweek games, it is easier to prepare for the weekend. You get into a rhythm and I cannot see myself not playing in a midweek.' [LNB]Reina's error on the opening weekend of the season gifted Arsenal a goal but the Spaniard looked back to his best with a couple of fine saves in last Sunday's goalless draw at Birmingham. [LNB]He said: 'Any good team starts from the defence. If we can't win a lot of games, the main thing we have got to do is make sure we don't lose. [LNB]'You need good bricks when you start to build a big house and every good team has got to be solid for starters.[LNB] 'I was happy with both the saves at Birmingham but, like I said, the most important thing was helping the team. As a keeper, you know you can cost your team two points, like I did against Arsenal on the opening day, or sometimes you are lucky and can help them a bit more.[LNB] 'We have got Manchester United coming up but the Europa League is first and that is where we are concentrating.'  [LNB] I have no fears over misfiring Torres, insists Liverpool boss HodgsonDaniel Agger tells Roy Hodgson: I'd play in goal just to be in the Liverpool teamAnfield new boy Raul Meireles claims: Liverpool supporters rule!
