Ngog rules out Albion loan switch

iverpool striker David Ngog has quashed West Brom's hopes of taking him to The Hawthorns by reiterating his commitment to the Reds.[LNB] The French youngster notched his first Premier League goal of the season on Sunday when blasting the opener in the 1-1 draw with Arsenal at Anfield.[LNB]Manager Roy Hodgson stated in July that Ngog, a signing of predecessor Rafa Benitez, had a future at Liverpool.[LNB]But West Brom boss Roberto Di Matteo remains determined to try and force a loan move for the 21-year-old as the Baggies seek to increase their attacking options. [LNB]Ngog, though, has no plans to leave Merseyside, telling his club's official website: "I am happy at Liverpool. I am focused on the club and I'm trying to do my best for Liverpool.[LNB]"I am a striker and I want to score a lot of goals for Liverpool. I work hard for this and so it's good when it comes off."
