Ngog looking to impress

David Ngog is looking to impress again tonight. Ngog will lead the line for the Reds again tonight just as he did in the first leg, and as in the first leg, he is hoping to give a good account of himself and hopefully score some more goals. "It is always a good feeling for a striker when you score goals but the most important thing for us was to win the game which gave us a lot of confidence," said the striker. "We had a lot of young players in the team and they did really well. They have been working hard in training and they showed they can do a good job for the team so it was a good feeling for everyone. "Martin Kelly played very well and he set up a goal for me with a great cross. He is a player with quality and hopefully he can have a good future here. "We will try our best to put on a good performance for our supporters in the first home game of the season. I think it's important to start well at Anfield. "We have to be careful and not think the game is won, because we have another 90 minutes to play, and hopefully we can get the job done and qualify for the next round."
