New job for Babbel
Marcus Babbel has been appointed manager of Hertha Berlin. The former Liverpool defender, who was sacked as Stuttgart boss back in December, has taken over the Berlin club who were relegated from the Bundesliga this season. Babbel has been given a 12 month contract with the option of another year if he can return Hertha Berlin to the top flight.
