New deal for Spearing
Jay Spearing is set to sign a new contract with the Reds. With the Reds having already signed Martin Kelly and Daniel Pacheco to new deals, they are now in negotiations with Spearing according to today's Daily Mirror. Spearing has 18 months left on his current contract but the club are apparently set to offer him a new three and a half year deal. Spearing has made fourteen first team appearances to date for Liverpool.
