New bid for Henderson
Liverpool have reportedly made an improved bid for Sunderland's Jordan Henderson. According to today's Daily Mirror, the Reds have now offered £18.5m for Henderson and are hoping to get a deal done before the midfielder leaves for the European Under 21's Championship on Wednesday. Man Utd have also been linked with Henderson, but the England under 21's international is said to favour a move to Anfield.
