Napoli confirm Dossena talks

Napoli have confirmed that they are in talks to try and sign out-of-favour Liverpool defender Andrea Dossena.
The Italy international only arrived at Anfield last summer from Udinese, but struggled to impress in his first season in the Premier League.
A transfer to Juventus never materialised and now it seems that Napoli could be the team to offer the full-back the chance to resurrect his career in Italy.
Club president Aurelio De Laurentiis revealed: "I've personally spoken with Rafa Benitez. The negotiation is ongoing."
Liverpool have been interested in Napoli's Ezequiel Lavezzi, but there is no confirmation that the Argentinian could be heading to Anfield as part of the arrangement.
