Napoli in for Aqua?
Napoli could be in for Alberto Aquilani. Aquilani has admitted he would prefer to stay in Serie A than return to Anfield but with Juventus refusing to sign him on a permanent deal and AC Milan seemingly not interested, it appeared the midfielder would be returning to Anfield after all. However, Napoli have now expressed an interest, although they will need to meet Liverpool's £13m asking price. "Aquilani to Napoli? I don't think it would be an easy negotiation but if the will is there why not?" said Aquilani's agent Franco Zavaglia. "I have not spoken to (Napoli sporting director Riccardo) Bigon but the player wants to remain in Italy. "If something was to come up he would be happy. "I have not spoken to Alberto but Napoli is an important club. If Napoli considered Aquilani to be an important player, he would be open to negotiations."
