On top of the world: Luka Modric [LNB]Harry Redknapp has lauded Tottenham Hotspur's four-man strikeforce and claimed that Luka Modric is one of the world's best players.[LNB]The Spurs manager boasts considerable resources up front, having bought Peter Crouch to the club for £9million this summer to join forces with former Portsmouth strike partner Jermain Defoe, ex-Liverpool teammate Robbie Keane and Russia international Roman Pavlyuchenko.[LNB]But Croatia playmaker Modric attracted the most praise from Redknapp, who is entering his 28th season in football management. [LNB]He said: 'In Luka Modric, we have a player who has enough quality to play in any team in the world - he's that good.'[LNB]'This is a good club, good set-up, training ground, good players, some very good. Most clubs would love the strikers that we have here - four top-quality players in Peter Crouch, Jermain Defoe, Robbie Keane and Roman Pavlyuchenko.'[LNB]Redknapp also revealed that he is satisfied with his current squad, but is still eyeing at least one more player to add depth to the squad.[LNB]When asked whether Spurs would make any more signings, he said:  'Maybe one more player who wouldn't cost the earth, just to balance the squad, but it's not certain yet.' [LNB] Impressive: recent England goal-scorer Jermain Defoe makes up part of a formidable four-man Spurs strikeforce[LNB]The 63-year-old also gave an insight into how the club works behind the scenes at White Hart Lane, stating that he no longer personally takes an active role in purchasing players.[LNB]'Now you don't get involved in transfers. At least I have control of the players I want, which isn't always the case at some clubs, but that's the end of my involvement until it either happens or doesn't.[LNB] 'That's not necessarily a bad thing, though. Instead of thinking of a thousand things every day, you can clear your mind and focus on the squad.'[LNB] Harry Redknapp's Euro vision: Tottenham Hotspur boss sets lofty Champions League targetGrowing gains of a natural finisher: Jol delighted to see Defoe develop TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR FC
