John Barnes insists he will not quit as Tranmere manager despite the fans calling for him to go.[LNB]Going down: But John Barnes says he won't throw the towel in just yet[LNB] Tranmere, who are third from bottom in League One with a goal difference of minus 17, were 4-0 down after 25 minutes at the New Den and those away supporters who stayed until the second half sang 'We want Barnes out' and 'We are going down'.[LNB]Last week 1,000 fans signed an online petition to have him removed but Barnes, who acknowledged his position may be under threat, said: 'I'm not going anywhere, I'm not walking.[LNB]'Obviously, after losing 5-0 the pressure is greater. Pressure is what you make it and I'm trying to make the team play well. When it goes well, you're a hero. When it goes badly, you're a villain.'[LNB]Barnes suggested his illustrious past might be part of the problem, saying: 'It may be hindering people's perception of the position we are in. [LNB]'Possibly if I'm not the manager then we would be getting a bit less attention, but we have lost seven out of eight games and no matter who you are, that's not good.'[LNB]Millwall, the lowest scorers in the division before Saturday, were four-up thanks to two goals from James Henry and headers from Andy Frampton and Steve Morison.[LNB]Henry scored the fifth with five minutes to go after Tranmere defender Marlon Broomes had been sent off for two bookable offences.[LNB] Roy Keane thinks he's the new Fergie but he is just a nasty piece of workBeckham: I hate being criticised but I try not to let it get me downLiverpool missing the X-Factor: Xabi Alonso's absence is reason they don't get my vote for titleLincoln City 1 Aldershot 0: New boss Chris Sutton celebrates first winBarnsley 2 Ipswich Town 1: Keane is betrayed by flash of fury[LNB]  Explore more:People:James Henry, John Barnes
