Milan Jovanovic set for Liverpool exit after just six months at Anfield
Roy Hodgson will begin the reshaping of his Liverpool squad by allowing Milan Jovanovic to leave during the January transfer window.[LNB]The Serbian international has underwhelmed during his short stay at Anfield and is a target for German sides Cologne and Hamburg and Italians Genoa.[LNB] Limited: Europe aside, Jovanovic has struggled to break into the Liverpool team[LNB]Belgian side Anderlecht and Dutch giants PSV Eindhoven are also reportedly interested in signing the midfielder.[LNB]According to Dutch publication Elf Voetbal, Liverpool would be happy to let the 29-year-old leave Merseyside for 3.5 million euros.[LNB]Last season, Jovanovic scored 13 goals and provided four assists for Belgian side Standard Liege in 32 appearances, before starring for Serbia at the World Cup, prompting Liverpool to snap him up.[LNB] Troubled: Jonavovic (left) has fallen out of favour at Anfield, while Joe Cole (right) is another summer signing that has failed to live up to his potential[LNB]However, he has scored just two goals for the Merseyside club so far, finding the net in the League Cup against Northampton Town and at Steaua Bucharest.[LNB]The striker has featured mainly in the Europa League for Roy Hodgson's side, enjoying few Premier League opportunities.[LNB]A move to the Bundesliga appeals to Jovanovic but he does not want to take a cut from his £50,000 per week salary.[LNB]He has not been placed on the transfer list but Liverpool would not stand in his way if the right offer came along.[LNB]Jovanovic was also recently linked with Turkish side Trabzonspor.
