Masch happy with goal
Javier Mascherano was glad to score yesterday. Mascherano settled Red nerves by firing in a 25 yard equaliser in yesterday's 3-1 win over Unirea Urziceni. It was only the second goal Mascherano has scored for Liverpool but it was certainly a welcome one. "I enjoy every goal because I don't get too many, so it is good to score and help the team," said the midfielder. "We knew it would be really difficult because of the condition of the pitch - it wasn't the best. "But we tried to do our best. The team showed character and that is good."
