Luton Town's under-15 forward Dave Moli has been signed by Liverpool for an undisclosed fee.The 14-year-old impressed Liverpool academy staff David Moss and Kenny Dalglish after being invited to the club's training facilities in October. [LNB]Luton's youth development officer Gregg Broughton said: "We never like to lose talented footballers. [LNB]"But it is important that if it's right for the club that we don't stand in the way of a young player's development." [LNB]Moli and his family will move to Merseyside where the youngster will attend school and train with the Liverpool academy five times a week. [LNB]Broughton said: "It is not our usual policy to allow any of our young players to leave Kenilworth Road for another club. [LNB]"Nobody wants to see a player with potential such as Dave's leave, but on this occasion we took into consideration a number of factors. [LNB]"The first is the value of the player in the short and long term, while the second takes into account the player's natural footballing progression and development. [LNB]"All aspects were taken into consideration and we felt it right to allow Dave and his family to talk to Liverpool." [LNB]He added: "We're delighted to be able to accept a bid on behalf of such a big club but stress our policy of allowing young players to leave is a strict one." [LNB]The Blue Square Premier side had signed Moli on Centre of Excellence forms after he was spotted in 2006.
