uis Suarez's Uruguan team-mate Diego Lugano claims it took 'balls' for the Liverpool striker not to shake Patrice Evra's hand, as part of a staunch defence of his compatriot. The under-fire striker snubbed the Manchester United left-back's hand before the Premier League clash on Saturday, even though the FA ruled him guilty of racially abusing his opponent and slapped an eight-game ban on him. Sir Alex Ferguson said Suarez was a disgrace and should never play for Liverpool again, while Liverpool also rebuked the forward after he dodged the handshake.
