Luis Suarez sets sights on silverware after 'dream move' to Liverpool

Luis Suarez has vowed to bring the glory days back to Liverpool after sealing his dream move on transfer deadline day. [LNB]The Uruguay striker completed a ?22.8million switch from Ajax and immediately set his sights on firing the Reds back to the top of English football. [LNB]Without a top-flight title since 1990 and way off the pace this season, manager Kenny Dalglish signalled his intentions by also signing ?35m Andy Carroll from Newcastle as Fernando Torres was allowed to join Chelsea. [LNB] Aiming high: New Liverpool striker Suarez has set his sights on becoming a champion at Anfield[LNB]And Suarez, who scored 111 goals in 159 matches in Holland, is relishing the chance to pull on a red jersey.[LNB] He said: 'My ambitions for the future are to do my very best for Liverpool, to try to learn more about English football and to become a champion.[LNB] 'Liverpool is a very famous club, the most famous club in England, and I watched Liverpool and English football as a boy. It's a dream to be able to come and play here.[LNB] 'My aim is to work, to show the fans how hard I am ready to work. I want to put in lots of effort, to show people my capabilities.
