Spurs and West Ham have reportedly made last-ditch moves for Liverpool winger Ryan Babel, who doesn't seem to figure in Roy Hodgson's plans.[LNB] It is believed the London duo have contacted the Reds to ask about Dutch flyer Babel's availability.[LNB]Liverpool are thought to be willing to let Babel move on for the right fee as Hodgson looks to reshape his squad at Anfield.[LNB]West Ham have held a long-term interest in Babel and he has been mentioned in a possible swap deal with Carlton Cole.[LNB]Tottenham are thought to have turned their attentions to Babel after missing out on a number of other top targets.[LNB]Babel's long-term future at Liverpool has been the subject of speculation for some time, with the Dutchman struggling to hold down a regular place in the starting XI under both Rafa Benitez and Hodgson.[LNB]Any move could depend on whether Liverpool can bring in a replacement for Babel before the close of the window.
