Luis Suarez is talking with great enthusiasm. From discussing life on Merseyside to expressing relief that he now has a healthy supply of his favourite herbal tea at Melwood, Liverpool's new No 7 is not short of words. [LNB]The most significant thing the Uruguayan utters in a 15-minute interview, though, is about the man who will become his strike partner. Andy Carroll's name has been a hot topic in recent days and Suarez knows why. [LNB]'My impression from the couple of times we have trained together is that he has a lot of quality,' said 24-year-old Suarez. 'He is very tall, he is very good in the air and he has great feet. [LNB] Attacking intent: Suarez is relishing hooking up with Liverpool's new striker Carroll[LNB]'If I was a defender, I wouldn't know what to do if I had to deal with him.' Suarez and Carroll are the ?57.8million double act that Liverpool supporters have been clamouring to see ever since Fernando Torres left for Chelsea five weeks ago - and they could finally make it on to the pitch om Sunday. [LNB]Having recovered from the groin problem that has kept him on the sidelines since December 28, Carroll has made a tremendous impression in training this week and is likely to be named as a substitute for Manchester United's visit to Anfield. [LNB]'Andy has not played a competitive game for two months but it is down to us as a group to help ease him back in after all that time away,' Suarez explained in between sips of 'mate', a favourite brew in Uruguay. [LNB]Conversations with his close friend and compatriot Diego Forlan have illustrated the magnitude of the clash. Forlan's spell at Old Trafford was terrible but he will forever hold a place in United supporters' affections after he scored both goals in a 2-1 win at Anfield in December 2002. [LNB]'Diego told me that it is the most important game of the year for them, as it is for us,' Suarez said. 'I know that of all the games in the season this is the one that both most want to win. To score in a game like this and help the team to win is something you always dream about. [LNB]'It is important United don't win the title because of the rivalry between the teams. It would be a prize for us to stop them winning the league.'[LNB] Andy Carroll: Get ready for Liverpool's ?35million man Jamie Carragher exclusive: What the Liverpool defender really thinks of Fergie, Neville and UnitedReds boss Dalglish: I'm ready to face Manchester UnitedAll the latest Liverpool news, features and opinion Explore more:People: Fernando Torres, Andy Carroll Places: Liverpool
