Liverpool forward Dirk Kuyt is facing a race against time to be fit for his emotional return to Utrecht later this month. The Holland star is expected to be out for four weeks after rupturing shoulder ligaments when attempting an acrobatic bicycle kick while on international duty. That would rule Kuyt out of the Reds' matches against Birmingham, Steaua Bucharest, Manchester United, Northampton, Sunderland and former club Utrecht in the Europa League.
