Liverpool v Chelsea preview

Team news for Sunday's Premier League clash between Liverpool and Chelsea at Anfield (kick-off 4pm).[LNB] Striker Fernando Torres will return to Liverpool's starting XI for Sunday's visit of Chelsea after being rested for the Europa League win over Napoli.[LNB]David Ngog, whose fitness will be assessed after a severe tackle from Salvatore Aronica last night, will make way for the Spain international.[LNB]Midfielder Maxi Rodriguez will also come back in while there is an outside chance Dirk Kuyt could return after missing the last five games with an ankle injury.[LNB]Defender Glen Johnson is set for his first Barclays Premier League appearance for a month after making his comeback from a thigh problem against Napoli.[LNB]Ryan Babel could return to the squad after a rib injury but Joe Cole will not face his former club as he is sidelined by a hamstring injury.[LNB]Chelsea will still be without Frank Lampard for the trip.[LNB]He will start training with the squad next week and coach Carlo Ancelotti also has doubts over Florent Malouda and Michael Essien (toe), with Malouda most likely to be fit.[LNB]The Italian coach named nine of the starters for the game with decisions to be made over Malouda or Salomon Kalou in attack and Ramires or Essien in midfield.[LNB]Liverpool (from): Reina, Johnson, Carragher, Skrtel, Konchesky, Lucas, Meireles, Rodriguez, Gerrard, Kuyt, Torres, Jones, Jovanovic, Kyrgiakos, Ngog, Spearing, Shelvey, Kelly, Babel, Poulsen.[LNB]Blues (from): Cech, Ivanovic, Terry, Alex, Cole, Obi, Essien or Ramires, Zhirkov, Drogba, Anelka, Kalou or Malouda.
