Liverpool 'to report Tottenham' over Robbie Keane interest

According to the Sun[LNB], Liverpool chief executive Rick Parry will write a letter complaining about Spurs' conduct after manager Harry Redknapp went public in his desire to coach the Republic of Ireland international at White Hart Lane.[LNB]Earlier this week, Redknapp said: "I won't sit here and say I wouldn't like to have Robbie Keane at my club because I would be a liar if I did.[LNB]"I have a lot of time for Robbie as a player and as a person. But he belongs to Liverpool so it's not an option."[LNB]Despite Redknapp's final remark, and the fact there is no suggestion Spurs have made any contact with Keane, it is believed Tottenham's interest in the striker has had an unsettling influence.[LNB]The Sun claims Parry's anger has been exacerbated by the fact Spurs accused Liverpool of influencing Keane before his £20.3 million to Anfield last summer, after Rafa Benitez declared his interest on the club's website.[LNB]Liverpool were forced to make an apology before the deal went through, but now Parry reportedly believes Spurs are guilty of the same thing.[LNB]Tottenham, meanwhile, are resigned to the fact they won't be signing Keane in the January transfer window.[LNB]The Independent[LNB]claims that Liverpool want all of the £20.3m back that they paid for the forward, if they were to let him return to north London, and that it would have to be a straight money offer.[LNB][LNB]
