Liverpool looking to raid French outfit Lyon for star defender Dejan Lovren, according to the Daily Mirror.
Chelsea and Everton are also keen on the 23-year-old Croatia centre-back, however. But with Martin Skrtel in a dire run of form and Jamie Carragher set to retire at the end of the season, the Liverpool heirachy are looking to bring in top European talent to aid Brendan Rodgers' quest to European football.
Lovran already has 16 international caps to his name, as well as one goal.
Lovren signed for Lyon in 2010, and signed a four and a half year deal. With his deal set to expire next summer, Liverpool are confident they can put together a £7million pound deal for the Croat.
