Liverpool lack quality and consistency, says Jurgen Klinsmann

The former Bayern Munich and Germany manager, who only two years ago was linked with a move to take over the reins at Anfield, claims that aside from lacking a second striker, Liverpool are in dire need of some pace, passing ability, consistency and quality.
