Andriy Voronin has emerged as a target for Hull City. Ukrainian striker Voronin has returned to Liverpool this summer after a season-long loan at Hertha Berlin. Strikers remain a priority for Hull, who are holding talks with Fulham striker Bobby Zamora after agreeing a £5million fee. Voronin impressed in Germany but a permanent move was not sought by Hertha Berlin. Meanwhile, Wales international Sam Ricketts has been linked with Portsmouth and Bolton after a contract stand-off with Hull. Boss Phil Brown admitted: 'There are two Premier League clubs interested in Sam Ricketts but Sam seems to have come back in a good vein of form and got his nose to the grindstone early doors. 'He has played in a couple of pre-season games so far and we'll see how that goes over the next three or four games.' Although a £2m move for versatile Ricketts could be on the cards, Brown does not want to lose Michael Turner. The centre-back is another one of his players who has been linked with a move away from the KC Stadium.
