Liverpool FC fans' jury on who to blame for defeats, upping the tempo, amnesia and excuses

Liverpool FC juror Robert Gillies: Liverpool FC's poor results have to be laid at Roy Hodgson's door[LNB]THE mantra that it is not 'the Liverpool way' to criticise the manager after so few games becomes more and more hollow each week as the Reds are a shadow of a decent team away from home at the moment.[LNB]Protesting Newcastle fans were struck dumb at how supine we were and the lack of motivation oozes from Roy Hodgson as he stands motionless in the technical zone and then slumps back in his seat when we go behind. The contrast with Sammy Lee clearly indicates all is not well.[LNB]While not the best, we do not have a mid-table squad and Rafa left in May so our results have to be laid at the current manager's door.[LNB] Quite bluntly the players and fans alike believe Roy Hodgson is out of his depth.[LNB]John W. Henry gave a clarion call for change when he described the results as unacceptable. Let's hope his call for patience is an indication that the club are working towards an alternative managerial team.
