Livepool eye Klaas Jan Huntelaar as Carroll replacement

Liverpool are making plans for life after Andy Carroll and according to Dutch tv chanel Sport1 the Reds are keeping tabs on Dutch goal machine Klaas Jan Huntelaar who has stalled on contract extension talks at current club Schalke.

Being that Huntelaar is entering his final year of his contract the reds believe they could land him for a knock down fee and this would be seen as a massive coup for a player who has amassed
249 goals over his career.

If Liverpool could land the Dutch forward they would re unite Huntelaar and Suarez who both played for Ajax between 2007 and 2009.
