The likes of Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal have all been keeping an eye on Hazard's progress, but no club has firmed up their interest with an offer.
Lille hope that will remain the case, insisting the 20-year-old will not be sold for any price.
"Eden's not for sale," Paquet told RMC.
"We can't let one of our best players leave.
"He'll be with us next season."
Having landed the Ligue 1 title last season, Lille hope Champions League football will be enough to keep Hazard at the club for another 12 months.
