Just when we all thought that we had seen the back of Tom Hicks, Liverpool Football Club are back in the High Court. Click here to refresh Club chairman Martin Broughton is back at the High Court to dispute Tom Hick's latest attempt to block the sale of the club to NESV by imposing a restraining order in Texas.
