Kuyt: More to come from Suarez

29 September 2011 08:53
iverpool forward Dirk Kuyt claims that Luis Suarez will only get better, insisting the Uruguayan is still getting used to the Premier League.[LNB] Suarez has been a big hit at Anfield since swapping life in Holland for that on Merseyside back in January.[LNB]Having enjoyed a prolific spell with Ajax in the Eredivisie, Suarez sealed a big-money move to the Premier League in January.[LNB]Suarez has wasted little time settling into English football and is already a firm favourite with the Kop.[LNB]Holland international Kuyt admits his team-mate deserves immense credit for the speed at which has been able to adjust to life on a much grander stage.[LNB]He is, however, convinced that Suarez will get even better in the future, with the £24million man still getting to grips with the game in England.[LNB]"What people seem to forget about Luis is that it really is a very big step to come from the Eredivisie," said Kuyt, who joined Liverpool from Feyenoord back in 2006.[LNB]"The style of football and the pace are totally different and it's very difficult to be a success straight away.[LNB]"He has done brilliantly and he has become a very important player.[LNB]"But he will be even better in the future. He has time to get used to the Premier League."[LNB]Watch Everton v Liverpool live on Sky Sports 2 and HD2 from 1245 BST on Saturday.
