[LNB]Dalglish has been praised for his role in signing top striker Luis Suarez from Ajax for ?22.8million after personally scouting the Uruguay star, 24, for Hodgson earlier in the season, and also securing one of English football's hottest properties in Newcastle centre forward Andy Carroll. [LNB]Suarez scored a debut goal after coming off the bench in the 2-0 win over Stoke on Wednesday - the club's third successive Barclays Premier League victory under Dalglish following successes over Wolves and Fulham - and things are only likely to get better once Carroll, 22, is unleashed once he has recovered from a thigh injury. [LNB]Dalglish, whose legendary status at Anfield ensured he gained the players' immediate respect, has also impressed the squad with his demeanour and humour since taking over, helping to restore confidence and belief at the club following Hodgson's six-month reign.
