Juve step up Alonso chase

Liverpool midfielder Xabi Alonso looks set to be heading to Juventus this summer after the Spain international's agent claimed further talks were planned with the Serie A side.
Ignacio Ibanez has admitted discussions have already taken place as Alonso looks set to end his four-year stay at Anfield.
Ibanez said: "Juventus have expressed an interest in acquiring Xabi. The clubs have spoken and they will speak again.
"But it is down to Liverpool to decide whether they want to sell the player or not. From my part I am waiting to see what happens."
The 26-year-old has found the net 14 times in 163 appearances for the Reds since arriving on Merseyside from Real Sociedad in a £10.5million deal.
