Jonjo Shelvey tells Liverpool boss Roy Hodgson: I'm desperate for another game

Jonjo Shelvey has told Liverpool manager Roy Hodgson he wants more first team action after making his debut for the Reds.[LNB]More of this sort of thing: Jonjo Shelvey revelled in pulling on a Liverpool shirt for the first time[LNB]The 18-year-old midfielder played a key role in last night's 0-0 Europa League draw at Napoli, one of seven changes from the weekend Premier League defeat to Everton.[LNB]But after helping keep Liverpool top of Group K and on course for the knockout stage, Shelvey insists he does not want this be a one-off.[LNB]He said: 'Napoli's a hostile placeto come and you knew that with the way the crowd were - they were banging on the bus when we were on the way to the stadium.[LNB]'Soit was very satisfying to get a result. It's massive for everyone atthe club.
