Glen Johnson has rejected talk that England are already in crisis just one game into their World Cup finals campaign in South Africa.[LNB] England failed to get off to a winning start on Saturday after being held to a 1-1 draw by the USA in their Group C opener.[LNB]The result was greeted with a feeling of despondency among the England faithful, but Johnson believes there is no reason to panic for Fabio Capello's side.[LNB]"Fabio would have preferred to win but it wasn't to be," said Johnson. "But it's ridiculous to think we're in crisis.[LNB]"The spirit is still good and the boys will stick together through anything.[LNB]"This game is behind us now. We didn't lose it so now we go into the next one."[LNB]Johnson, who was one of England's best performers against the United States, was in the wars in the game after suffering a cut lip in a challenge with Clint Dempsey.[LNB]Liverpool defender Johnson has excused Fulham ace Dempsey of any blame for the injury[LNB]"I don't think he meant to do it but I got caught by an elbow from Dempsey," said Johnson.[LNB]"There are no stitches. The medical staff told me it will heal on its own. But I don't think my daughter will recognise me."
