Joe Cole 300[LNB]JOE COLE believes Saturday's dramatic 2-1 victory over Bolton proves the Liverpool players are still united behind under-fire boss Roy Hodgson.[LNB]The midfielder picked the perfect moment to grab his first Premier League goal for the Reds when he came off the bench to poke home a 92nd minute winner.[LNB]A vital three points eased the pressure on Hodgson after miserable back to back league defeats had led to growing calls from fans for his dismissal.[LNB]'We are all right behind the manager,' Cole insisted.[LNB] 'We showed that today with our fight and togetherness.[LNB]'There's been a lot of speculation but that's modern day football with all the ups and downs that surround it.[LNB]'We all want to do well for this club and so does the gaffer. We're all behind him and we need to all stick together and push on from here.[LNB]'We've got another massive game at Blackburn on Wednesday.'[LNB]The Reds trailed at half-time to Kevin Davies' header before Fernando Torres volleyed home an equaliser and Cole struck late on.[LNB]Cole insists it didn't take a rollicking from the boss to summon the second half fightback.[LNB]'The manager was calm at the break,' Cole said.[LNB]'He knows what he wants and the messages he gives us are always consistent.
