There were six Liverpool players on international duty last night. Glen Johnson played against Daniel Agger and Christian Poulsen as England beat Denmark 2-1 in Copenhagen. All three Reds played the full 90 minutes. Dirk Kuyt scored a penalty for Holland in their 3-1 win over Austria. Kuyt was then subsituted after 75 minutes. Lucas Levia played the full 90 minutes for Brazil as they were beaten 1-0 by France. Raul Meireles played 79 minutes of Portugal's 2-1 defeat to Argentina. Pepe Reina and Danny Wilson were both away on international duty as well but both players were unused subsitutes for Spain in their 1-0 win over Colombia and Scotland in their 3-0 win over Northern Ireland respectively.
