Injury update
Kenny Dalglish will leave it as late as possible before deciding on the availability of Jamie Carragher and Andy Carroll for the Birmingham game. Both Carroll and Carra were forced off against Arsenal, Carroll with a slight knee problem and Carra after being knocked unconcious. Both could recover to face Birmingham on Saturday, and Dalglish will give the pair every opportunity to be passed fit. "We'll have to wait and see on Carra and Andy before the weekend, but it's only Thursday morning before we've even trained, so we've not got anything conclusive about either," said the boss.
